I offer two thoughtfully crafted ceremony experiences—the Stirling and the Edinburgh—
each designed to help you create a deeply personal, meaningful, and memorable wedding ceremony.
Stirling Wedding Ceremony — $900
A beautifully personalized ceremony experience designed to reflect your unique love story.
We begin with two meetings (in person, Skype, or FaceTime) to plan and shape your ceremony:
First Meeting – The Introduction
This is our opportunity to get to know one another. You’ll share your story—life before you met, how your paths crossed,
and the journey you’ve taken together, including your hopes, dreams, and even the challenges that shaped your bond.
I will walk you through the entire ceremony—from welcoming your guests to the final pronouncement and first kiss.
After this meeting, you confirm my services via email, and we begin our collaboration.
Your Ceremony Creation:
You’ll receive a comprehensive Wedding Ceremony Package, including guidance, readings, and a questionnaire to help you shape your ceremony.
Whether you choose to write your own vows or select meaningful elements, the process is engaging, reflective,
and even fun—helping you focus on what truly matters.
Second Meeting – The Planning Session
Held 4–6 weeks before your wedding, this session brings everything together.
We review your drafted ceremony and refine it in detail, ensuring it feels authentic and complete.
Unlimited consultation is available via phone and email throughout the process.
Travel expenses apply (see below).
Edinburgh Wedding Ceremony — $1300
An immersive and deeply meaningful experience that expands upon the Stirling package.
This package includes three meetings (in person, Skype, or phone). The first two follow the Stirling structure.
Final Meeting – The Retreat Experience
Held a few weeks before your wedding at my home, Beacon Hermitage, this 3–5 hour experience offers a more intimate and reflective space.
Together, we:
Share a home-cooked meal (prepared by me)
Take a walk or hike, or participate in an optional Art Retreat
The Art Retreat invites you to creatively express your relationship by drawing or painting symbolic images of your journey together.
This process can deepen your connection and provide a powerful way to reflect on your shared path.
This time allows us to slow down, connect more personally, and prepare emotionally and spiritually for your ceremony.
It is a chance to truly hear and understand the gift you are offering one another on your wedding day.
Unlimited consultation is included.

Rehearsal — $350
While not always necessary, a rehearsal can bring peace of mind and ensure a smooth, stress-free wedding day.
If you have a planner or someone experienced, you may choose to allocate this cost elsewhere.
However, if you prefer guidance and reassurance, I am happy to lead your rehearsal.

Elopement Ceremonies
At Beacon Hermitage — $200
An intimate, simple ceremony for you and a few guests in a peaceful setting.
Off-Site Elopement — $400
A small ceremony (up to 8 guests) at your chosen location.

Travel Expenses
Travel is calculated from Beacon Hermitage:
$4.00 per mile (one-way only)
Weddings/rehearsals in NYC, Long Island, or over 70 miles: additional $300 surcharge (to cover travel time, tolls, parking)
Payment
A $400 deposit is required to reserve your date
Remaining balance is due on the wedding day prior to the ceremony, along with your marriage license
Final payment accepted via cash, check, or Zelle
Holiday and holiday weekend weddings (including New Year’s Eve, Christmas Eve, and legal holidays) may incur additional fees.
