Rates

I charge a flat fee which is inclusive of all my professional services.
I spend at least two meetings to plan, discuss and personalize your wedding ceremony. Unlimited consultation time is also available via phone and email.
You are provided with a comprehensive “Your Wedding Ceremony” package which contatins everything you require to create your wedding ceremony and your own marriage vows. If you are after something in particular for your ceremony I can include extra rescources to tailor the package for you, for example suggestions on how to include children in your ceremony, information on specific rituals you are after, a sample of a particular type of wedding I have conducted before.
After drafting your ceremony, I will spend as much time as is required to finetune the ceremony based on your feedback and ideas you have discussed with me in our meetings. This is often done via email.
An on-site rehearsal (an extra $200) makes a significant difference, so as to create a relaxed environment for everyone.
If the venue is 30 miles from Officiant’s residence there is an additional $50 fee to cover travel.
If there are co-officiants (such as a Rabbi or another minister of religion), the stipend for the Officiant’s services shall be the higher of the Officiant’s usual stipend as stated in this agreement or the co-officiant’s stipend.
Unless the entire stipend is paid upon the execution of this agreement, a deposit of 50% will be required to reserve the couple’s date, the balance should be presented to the Officiant, along with the Marriage License, on the wedding day prior to the start of the service.

I have three wedding plans, the Edinburgh $650, Stirling $550 and Gretna Green Elopement $300.

My Gretna Green Ceremony:($300)
The use of a basic and generic wedding ceremony created my Fr. Jim. It can be either civil or spiritual in nature.
Takes place at Beacon Hermitage, Beacon
or
Takes place at your choice of location within the Hudson Valley area or 30 miles from my home. This is a short ceremony with a few guests.

Stirling Castle Wedding Ceremony:($550)
This is a Sunday through Thursday ceremony rate with the same professional services as above.

Edinburgh Castle Wedding Ceremony:($650)
This is a Friday and Saturday ceremony rate.”

These rates are firm for 2012.
